Vero provides bespoke travel consulting services for clients seeking tailored experiences in Italy. We are not a traditional travel agency. We offer consultation, curation, and coordination with vetted third-party providers including but not limited to hotels, private guides, transportation companies, chefs, and venues.
Each itinerary is fully customized and developed in close communication with the client.osuere.
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Disclose relevant travel preferences, restrictions, health conditions, and expectations.
- Review and confirm itinerary details in a timely manner.
- Secure necessary documentation (e.g. passports, visas).
- Comply with the local laws and regulations of the destinations visited.
A non-refundable consulting fee may apply upon initiation of planning.
A deposit may be required to confirm services and reservations.
Final balances are typically due 30–60 days prior to the start of your trip.
Payments may be made via credit card, wire transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

Due to the highly personalized nature of our services, cancellation policies vary and depend on third-party suppliers.
All consulting and itinerary design fees are non-refundable.
Refunds for third-party services (hotels, transport, experiences) are subject to their individual terms.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation coverage.
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
We understand plans can change. We will accommodate modifications to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee availability. Changes may incur additional charges.
We reserve the right to make itinerary changes due to weather, availability, safety concerns, or force majeure.
Vero works with a network of trusted third-party providers but does not directly operate flights, accommodations, or experiences.
We act solely as an intermediary.We are not liable for actions, omissions, delays, cancellations, or negligence of any third-party provider.
While we strive to deliver flawless experiences, we are not responsible for:
- Loss, injury, illness, damage, or delay due to accidents, strikes, force majeure, political unrest, weather conditions, or acts beyond our control.
- Personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged.
- Expenses due to missed flights, schedule changes, or noncompliance with travel requirements.
- Clients participate in activities at their own risk.
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, interruptions, and lost luggage.
We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure appropriate coverage.
